I am finally able to show this wonderful squishy shawl with you! This shawl was knit as a gift for a wonderful caring lady that worked in my office. Sue is like the mom/big sister/aunt we all need at the office. She is such a caring and funny lady and makes the workplace a joy to come to every day. I am sad that she has had to change offices but now she has a bit of me to remember us downtown. 
The pattern I used was the Grain Shawl by Tin Can Knits. For the Main colour I chose to use two skeins of fingering weight held double giving a great marled look; comfort sock in grape jelly and cashmerino sock in rain cloud. For the contrast I used sport weight in Fabulous. Check out my project page here for all the details.
